Audience behaviour provides an ever changing source of learning and improvement and it is never too late to make experiences better. 

Audience behaviour is never static and people will often interact with spaces that were unaccounted for in the original designs. Experience design and planning must evolve and adapt by learning from audience behaviour before and after the completion of projects.
